A private membership community, Scottsdale House occupies approximately forty walled, landscaped acres at the foot of Camelback Mountain, near the center of Scottsdale. Two hundred and sixty-three member-owned residential units surround a clubhouse with a beautiful dining room and bar, private dining and card room, library, exercise room and beauty salon.
Members also enjoy an oversize pool, a spa, sauna room and various recreational facilities. A staffed twenty-four hour gatehouse controls all vehicular traffic into the grounds and a night courtesy patrol watches the entire grounds. Guest memberships are available.
