the toilet that are causing backups if there is negligence, the homeowner will be responsible for paying for the costly plumbing fees to get their
sewer line unclogged. The plumbers have suggested that no tissue,
feminine and/or hygiene products, sanitary wipes or cloth of any kind
be flushed down the toilet. Please make sure your caregivers are aware
of this also. A good bio degradable toilet paper is Angel Soft or any 1 ply tissue. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding Monthly Updates If you haven't had the chance to take a drive around the community, we have had new curbing installed in several locations. Also, the pool
decking was refurnished the last week of July. So be sure to check that
out if you haven't already. During the month of August, we will be starting to prep areas for
winterization that will be completed in the month of September. Also,
we will still continue to complete all our trimming and weeding projects, the installation of block boards between trees and shrubbery and adding sprinkler heads in areas that have dry spots. ~ Mike Dining Room Don't forget the Dining Room will be CLOSED the month of August.
