AZ Hospital Choice is dedicated to collecting and disseminating complete, accurate and timely data about charges and services provided by Arizona hospitals and health systems.
Data for AZ Hospital Choice was provided through the Arizona Hospital and Healthcare Association’s (AzHHA’s) partnership with the Bureau of Public Health Statistics at the Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS).
